Shipping policy

Please note that all of our products are custom hand crafted and made to order. Every item has a different lead time. The pieces available in our catalog will require anywhere between 10-45 days to make depending on the item.

We ship worldwide by DHL Express, UPS, FedEx or other express services. Delivery time frame is usually within 1-5 working days depending on your location.

Once shipped, each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email, allowing to follow the progress of the package.

Please allow additional processing and shipping time for weekends, and holidays. 

Taxes may be payd outside of Europe.

Customs will contact you if you owe additional taxes and duties.

Buyer is responsible for all taxes.
