Shipping
The approximate shipping time for each item is noted in its listing.
For products that are in stock and ready-to-roll, shipping time is:
- 1 day delivery in The Netherlands, for orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday
- 2-3 days Other Countries
For out of stock products, shipping time depends on the item you’re ordering as we’ll be making it especially for you. Rest assured we will keep you in-the-loop with updates until it’s ready to ship.

Yep, shipping is free to all countries for all orders.
For EUROPEAN customers: No custom duties are required
For all other countries we ship to: all applicable taxes, duties and fees are payd by the customer.

We use DHL Express and FedEx Priority Shipping for all of our orders.
Upon receiving your order, you will be asked for your ID and a signature.

If you’ve already created a Menoir account, log-in using your details and select “My Orders” and BOOM! There’s your order number.
If you haven’t created a Menoir account, no sweat.
We send a confirmation email with every order to the address used when making the online purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as well as junk/spam folders for communication from us and mark Menoir as a ‘safe sender’. Ghosting is not our style.

Log into your Menoir account and select “My Orders” to see where your order’s at. Once we’ve lovingly packed your order and it’s ready to ship, you’ll receive the tracking number via email and/or SMS so you can count down the days until it’s in your hands.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing the order. Efficient service is just one of the benefits of purchasing from us, so cancellation requests need to be submitted as soon as possible. Outside of 3 hours and we may not be able to cancel your order.

- Monopoly money, false promises and livestock are not acceptable forms of payment. Sorry.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS
If any problem occurs, we’ve got you covered. Simply contact us and we’ll work together to resolve the issue. Ain’t nobody got time for drama!
The warranty does not cover:
- lost items
- lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by improper use or other damage
- discoloration due to exposure to chemicals incl. sunscreen, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing
- bent, caught or worn out prong(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to improper use or other damage
- scratches resulting from normal wear and tear
- improper use or storage of your product
- any modifications to your product done by anyone outside of Menoir

Ring Size
To determine your ring size, either measure the internal diameter of one of your existing rings or simply measure around your finger. Check our Ring Sizer guide here.
EXCHANGES
If any defects you can exchange your product within 7 days from the date of receiving jewellery and after intimating to us the physical jewelry should be received within 14 working days. If you exceed the duration mentioned above, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange , your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. If there is any defect, exchange is possible.
Unfortunately our return policy does not cover buyer's remorse as they are customized products.The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Additional non-returnable items are Gift cards, Vouchers, and Customized Jewellery.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For an item to be accepted for exchange it must be:
- Unworn and have no signs of wear or damage
- In original condition with tags (if applicable)
- In all original packaging, including box and pouch
Items that have a personalized engraving are not eligible for exchanges.
First, be sure to check our exchange policy to see if your item is eligible for an exchange.
To qualify for a exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was provided. We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
We recommend returns to be sent by DHL/ FedEx, or in person.
Returns must be in unused condition with all the original packaging including all jewellery tags and boxes. For future purchases, please keep your receipt for your records. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR GOODS RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.
Please note Personalized Orders and Custom Pieces are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If any defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us WITHIN 24 hours so that we can correct the issue immediately.
Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund.

If the price of your chosen replacement item is lower than the price of your returned item, we will issue a credit to you under the form of a coupon code, that you can use for future purchases, valid for a 12 months period.
